Hey Pack!
What a ride it’s been. I never could’ve imagined that, just three years after opening our dog resort, we’d be standing here holding such a prestigious award.
When we opened Canine Karma Resorts in October 2022, it all started with one simple intention: to change the way dog care is done. After having a poor experience at a boarding facility myself, I knew there had to be a better way, a place where owners felt completely safe leaving their dogs, and where each dog’s stay was so enriching that they went home fulfilled… maybe even a little better behaved.
After a year of planning, shaping our vision, and building our five pillars of canine care; Safety, Exercise, Love & Affection, Comfort, and Training, we finally took the plunge and opened our doors.
And I genuinely believe that the reason we’ve won this award is because of the heart behind what we do. From myself (Ollie) to every single member of the team, we do this job for one reason: we love helping dogs and people. Going the extra mile isn’t something we try to do, it’s simply who we are.
I cannot thank my team enough, and I cannot thank all of you who have supported us over the years. This achievement belongs to all of us.
And just so you know…
This is only the beginning.
