The Canine Karma App

Our new app will enable you to book daycare, boarding, the dog park and grooming all in one place.

In the app you can also:
Access booking history & forthcoming bookings.
Communicate with the team about your dog during the day; they can send you videos and photos on the chat page.
View the community page, where you can access newsletters, discover local events that we are involved in, and so much more.

Get started

To install and register on our app, go to your AppStore and search ‘Canine Karma’. Install the app on to your phone and register as a new customer.

If you prefer to use your laptop or desktop then you can register on: app.caninekarma.co.uk and will receive the same service as the phone app.

Next you will need to upload your dogs’ vaccine certificates and all of their relevant information.

As long as your dog has had an assessment and is cleared to attend daycare, then you will be approved for daycare bookings. If not, then you will still be able to book boarding, the dog park and grooming.

Once you have made a booking, we will send you a confirmation along with an invoice for payment for daycare. The dog park coordinator will contact you separately, as will a member from grooming. The boarding team will invoice you for the deposit amount and you will pay the remaining balance on collection of your dog from the kennels in Kings Langley.
